F. durden. She keeps up with where we are, and runs the tags when we ask. she'll ask another car if they can clear to handle a call in thier ward before dispatching me. If a hold up goes out in the prec. she isn't dispatching calls while we're on the scene. she dosen't get a pissy attitude unless a officer gives it to her first. I wish she would work west c more often.

Trina Towles, when i was training with her,for three months i saw her call the med,run tags look up an address and change locations for an officer, all without the frustration. I heard officers step on her BOLO, ask her to repeat the narrative, and call the complaintant back and ask them to step outside, i may have been a little put out, however she was'nt.I heard her talk to a caller when i clearly did'nt understand why she was whispering, and Trina did and manage to get what was important, due to the caller could not really speak. She did a chase when the officer chasing was out of her ward, and got all officers in the ward she was chasing in to assist, and kept up with all ward numbers, air support came over and she logged in his IBM,and came back to the officer chasing without missing a beat. Sure there may be others that can do the same thing. For me she did'nt not stress any of it, and still was able to explain and train me in the the process.Anybody that can deal with that much stress and still, laugh, joke and yes trina though she could sing, gets my vote all day. No i have not spoken with her since i left in March. However i wish her well and hope someone else gets a chance to train with her. What would be even better if everyone got a chance to stay with the same trainer, until they are released. I would have stayed.

AMEN, ONLY TRAINERS WHO WANT TO TRAIN AND BE HELPFUL, WHO WANT TO SEE THEIR TRAINEE SUCCEED, BECAUSE THEN THE MORE GOOD DISPATCHERS, THE EASIER WORK LOAD ON EVERYONE. GET RID OF THE ONES WHO "CAN'T WAIT TO GET HOLD OF THE NEW PEOPLE" AND LAUGH AND BELITTLE THEM WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE... THAT IS NOT HELPING ANYONE AND IT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO GO ON 20 + YEARS

I dealt with it, as did many of my coworkers. As did many of you. I don't like the way a certain someone did me, however as cliche as it sounds, I am stronger today for her baiting and beating. I despise the methods, and I'll never call this person a friend...but I can take what I'm given, and perhaps one day if I choose to train, I'll remember what happened with me...and be thankful, knowing precisely what not to do.

No matter who wins all nominees are good dispatchers. I don't have anything bad to say about any of them. And i can based that on my own interaction with each of them... Good job dispatchers.
